On 29 September 2023, Mercuria Energy Group Limited has transferred its beneficial ownership of all its 97,153,344 common shares in Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited (SEAPT) (“Seacrest” or the “Company”) to Mercuria Energy Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
Following the transfer:
– Mercuria Energy Group Limited holds 0 common shares in Seacrest.
– Mercuria Energy Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd. holds 97,153,344 common shares in Seacrest, which represents approx. 29.71% of Seacreasts share capital and votes.
As a result of this, Mercuria Energy Group Limited falls under 5% disclosure threshold. Further, Mercuria Energy Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd. has a total ownership interest of 97,153,344 common shares in Seacrest, which represents approx. 29.71% of Seacrests share capital and votes (and thus exceeding the 25% disclosure threshold).
Mercuria Energy Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercuria Energy Group Limited.
